Our Approach
Majo is an Electrical Engineer by trade, IT skills and creative instincts.
As a trained Barista and Mixologist, with years of experience in Argentina and the U.S., she has been aspiring and planning to open and operate a Specialty Coffee Shop for a few years. She developed the conceptual brand of Troupial and her idea is to bring Venezuelan meals for the first time in Savannah.
Bringing her slogan "Street food, Home flavors" to the community. She's getting ready to run her dream and now she's the face behind our bread!
