Since January 2024, we have been "On the Fly," and have had the good fortune to meet Belinda Baptist, a humanist and incredible Haitian baker. She has helped us consolidate a community prep kitchen where we can market our dreams in a fair and income-proportional way, always fostering a sense of community. We are not a restaurant; we are a place that offers exceptional specialty coffee and handmade products that rotate according to our capacity.
